Brian Woodruff - B.Woodruff Artworks
Brian Woodruff is an artist from the Catskill Mountain region of New York State, living in and around Woodstock for the better part of 35 yrs. Starting in 1991, working professionally as a head screen printer, production mgr, and T shirt artist for Not Fade Away Graphics got him up close to the rock & roll merch world, and would result in his most recognizable artworks to date for the Grateful Dead, Gov't Mule, Tuff Gong (Bob Marley) and other culturally related bands. During that time, NFA created and printed artwork by some of the most prolific artists of the era.
He would go on to work with Island Screenworks and then Anthill Trading Co. where he created licensed artworks for bands such as CSN&Y, ACDC, Deep Purple, Velvet Revolver, Gavin DeGraw, and others through 2008.
You might recognize or have some of his T Shirt designs or CD covers - a few have been in production for almost 30 years! Currently Brian Woodruff is creating Wood sculptures and very unique carved Woodruff Brothers electric guitars using all original designed artwork. He has also continued doing custom digital graphics used for web promo and posters for Stella Blue's Band and other local establishments.
